Gather and analyze requirements for SAP projects/solutions;
Design and configure SAP solutions to meet business needs;
Prepare functional and technical specifications for implementation;
Conduct UAT and integration testing to validate system functionality;
Train users and develop user manuals for effective solution adoption;
Migrate data and ensure accuracy during transitions;
Support go-live activities;
Communicate and collaborate daily with clients and colleagues to deliver optimal solutions and improve processes;
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on SAP Concur experience — implementation, configuration, or support roles
Working knowledge of Concur Expense, Concur Travel, and/or Concur Invoice modules
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration concepts — connecting Concur with S/4 Finance and procurement flows
Ability to support end-user onboarding, policy configuration, and approval workflow setup in Concur
Hands-on involvement in day-to-day support — ticket resolution, user queries, and system configuration adjustments
Active participation in implementation activities — requirements gathering, system setup, UAT support, and go-live
Delivery of Change Requests (CRs) — translating business needs into configured Concur solutions
Understanding of T&E (Travel & Expense) processes and corporate spend compliance in regulated industries
Eager to grow within a fast-paced, client-facing environment — proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented
Fluency in English required; Greek is a plus for this role based in Greece.
