Role Overview
- Implement and Support SAP Projects/ Solutions;
- Gather and analyze requirements for SAP projects/solutions;
- Design and configure SAP solutions to meet business needs;
- Prepare functional and technical specifications for implementation;
- Conduct UAT and integration testing to validate system functionality;
- Train users and develop user manuals for effective solution adoption;
- Migrate data and ensure accuracy during transitions;
- Support go-live activities;
- Communicate and collaborate daily with clients and colleagues to deliver optimal solutions and improve processes;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- 6–7+ years of hands-on SAP experience focused on Asset Management and Plant Maintenance;
- Deep expertise in SAP PM / SAP EAM — functional locations, equipment master, maintenance orders, and work order management;
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management — including new S/4 data model and Fiori-based processes;
- Strong understanding of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance planning cycles in a utility/grid environment;
- Familiarity with Electricity Distribution / Grid Operations processes and asset lifecycle management requirements;
- Proven track record in day-to-day application support and incident management in complex production environments;
- Hands-on delivery of Change Requests (CRs) end-to-end — functional design, configuration, testing, and go-live support;
- Good understanding of PM-FI/CO integration — settlement of maintenance orders, asset capitalization, and cost center accounting;
- Strong communicator — able to translate operational and engineering requirements into SAP solutions effectively;
- Fluency in English required; Greek is a plus for this role based in Greece.
