Gather and analyze requirements for SAP projects/solutions;
Design and configure SAP solutions to meet business needs;
Prepare functional and technical specifications for implementation;
Conduct UAT and integration testing to validate system functionality;
Train users and develop user manuals for effective solution adoption;
Migrate data and ensure accuracy during transitions;
Support go-live activities;
Communicate and collaborate daily with clients and colleagues to deliver optimal solutions and improve processes;
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
7–8+ years of hands-on SAP FI experience, ideally across multiple full-cycle implementations;
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance — configuration, migration, and operational readiness in a new S/4 landscape;
Deep knowledge of core SAP FI processes — GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting;
Familiarity with Energy / Utilities sector finance processes and regulatory requirements is a strong plus;
Proven ability to manage day-to-day application support and incident resolution in a live production environment;
Hands-on delivery of Change Requests (CRs) — from functional design through configuration, testing, and deployment;
Solid understanding of FI-CO integration and cross-module dependencies within S/4HANA;
Able to communicate effectively with finance stakeholders and technical teams, bridging business needs and system capabilities;
Comfortable in an agile, client-facing support model with SLA accountability and a proactive mindset;
Fluency in English required; Greek is a plus for this role based in Greece.
