About this role
Role Overview
Support the management of existing customer accounts, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
Assist in identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts
Develop a strong understanding of Yokogawa’s products, services, and industry solutions
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, customer support) to meet client needs
Track account performance metrics and maintain accurate CRM records
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales principles or customer relationship management
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Willingness to learn technical concepts related to industrial automation
Must reside in Louisiana, preferably near Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Lake Charles or New Orleans.
