Lead and manage the onboarding process across all sub-departments
Managing background checks and MVRs for candidates being pushed through the pre-employment screening process
Attend weekly meetings to remain up to date on company goals and vision
Collaborate with HR, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and expectations
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure all pre-onboarding paperwork and HRIS are set up before the new hire’s start date
Responsible for pushing through all new hires to active in HRIS after receiving roll call from trainers and updating ATS to display accuracy for attendance
Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding experience to ensure it is streamlined, engaging, and effective in promoting long-term employee satisfaction and retention
Protects confidentiality by keeping personal information confidential
Responsible for back-ups if Onboarding Specialists or Recruiting Leads are using PTO
Other duties as assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager
Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to confidently and calmly communicate with internal staff
Ability to maintain working relationships while upholding company policies and procedures regarding hiring practices
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ensuring to carefully manage and execute the Onboarding process in an efficient manner
Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS/Onboarding Software
Flexibility and willingness to pivot in a fast-paced environment
