About this role
Role Overview
Manages process improvement and continuous improvement analyses to identify potential upgrades that would be ideal for business unit goals
Advises functional teams across the organization to determine needs for business improvements and to strategize possible business solutions
Approves business diagnostics designs that identify, quantify and prioritize value creation projects in congruence with team feedback and input
Provides expertise on potential process enhancements that would improve operating efficiencies and cost effectiveness within the organization
Liaises with all levels of the organization to ensure that the transition to new programs and implemented solutions is smooth and effective
Presents metrics to management that demonstrate the impact implemented changes have had on the organization
Manages large projects and processes in the continuous improvement space, along with coaching and mentoring lower level professionals
Requirements
5+ years of process, operations or consulting experience
5 years of experience working autonomously, tracking metrics, sharing results with leadership
Proficient use of MS Office products
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Working knowledge of TIAA products and services preferred
Onboarding/implementation/participant communication knowledge preferred
Retirement & Retail financial services experience preferred
Management Consulting or Process / Operating Model design experience preferred
Experience supporting corporate, divisional or department-wide continuous improvement projects/programs preferred
Process improvement, change management, and/or project management experience utilizing agile framework including root/cause analysis
Knowledge of and familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
