Support the IP department in the calculation of employee invention remuneration
In cooperation with patent specialists: Identify the smallest economically and technically relevant unit (component, assembly, software or process share)
Determine product and material numbers using SAP and, where applicable, PLM systems
Determine quantities, costs and relevant revenues from SAP
Calculate remuneration amounts and unit royalties according to the companie's scheme
Perform plausibility checks of calculation results

Technical background (e.g. mechanical or electrical engineering)
Strong skills in SAP, Excel and Word
Basic patent knowledge, especially claim interpretation are helpful
Skills in patent tools (e.g. Espacenent and Genese), Teamcenter or similar PLMs are helpful
Structured, analytical working style
Communication and networking skills, especially in an international context
Fluency in English is a requirement, German is a plus
