Role Overview
- Interact with customers from various fields in a laboratory setting
- Triage customers to the appropriate Sales Account Manager/Account Executive and assist in lead generation
- Manage customer quotes and literature requests for diverse product lines
- Receive all technical calls and triage appropriately
- Update and maintain CRM systems
- Capture new product inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Director
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of customer-facing experience
- Understanding of sales processes and goals
- CRM experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and function independently in a fast-paced environment
- Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- Five years of relevant work experience
- CRM experience and customer interfacing highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
