Role Overview
- Manage and nurture relationships across client sites in Poland
- Act as the key liaison between the client and internal teams
- Oversee packaging-related projects and engage in broader discussions around quality, supply chain, and logistics
- Follow the full development process of packaging solutions
- Lead initiatives such as end-to-end packaging process reviews
- Collaborate closely with specialist teams to implement enhancements
- Deliver results through a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English is essential
- Knowledge of Hungarian, Romanian or Czech is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience within the print and packaging industry
- Experience in a logistics and co-packing environment
- Proficient in Excel.
