Requirements
- Native French (written and spoken)
- Positive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new tools
- Customer support experience preferred but not required
- Valid EU work authorization for Portugal
- Stable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
- Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts (or Monday–Friday depending on the project)
