IT asset management and ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
Solid understanding of AV, meeting room, and Unified Communications technologies.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
