Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of telehealth and e-commerce clients, ideally 5–6 accounts at steady state
Plan, build, QA, and schedule email and SMS campaigns, flows, and popups inside each client's ESP, primarily Klaviyo (with Customer.io on event-driven telehealth accounts)
Own client communication: weekly updates, monthly performance reports, proactive wins and risk flags, and fast responses during business hours
Manage segmentation, suppressions, and deliverability for each account, protecting domain reputation and list health
Run walk-the-funnel QA before anything ships, catching errors before they reach the client, not after
Turn monthly strategy into clear briefs for copywriters and designers, keeping every deliverable on schedule through the five-station pipeline
Own routine incident response and fixes for your accounts, so problems are handled before they reach the founder
Maintain a compliance-aware brand voice across all patient communications (for example, no protected health information in subject lines)
Collaborate across ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, and review-level Figma to keep work organized and visible
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience running email and SMS campaigns, flows, and popups in a major ESP
Advanced Klaviyo experience (or a close equivalent)
Customer.io experience is a strong plus, since it's event-driven and common in telehealth
Excellent, error-free written English
Genuinely organized and reliable across multiple accounts and deadlines, with nothing slipping through the cracks
A proactive, empathetic communicator who flags issues early and brings solutions, with real ownership and agency over their accounts
Able to work US business hours and operate independently within documented SOPs
Strong data fluency: you can read and act on performance data without hand-holding, and you're comfortable with A/B testing to refine what's working
