About this role
Role Overview
Handle customer interactions focused on retaining subscribers who intend to cancel;
Provide customer support across multiple channels such as phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
Requirements
Completed high school; university studies in progress are considered a plus;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Experience in customer service, sales, and/or customer retention is desirable;
Proficient with digital tools and channels;
Ability to work with various customer service systems;
Demonstrate agility and commitment to delivering results;
Problem-solving focus, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to excellent customer service;
Must reside in Porto Alegre and/or the surrounding Metropolitan Region.
