About this role

Serve as the key resource for providing answers related to questions and concerns from hosted clients during implementation and migration
Provide specialized engagement between internal hosting implementation resources and technical leaders
Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating and implementing network security measures
Monitor server performance and implement adjustments as needed
Migrate, restore, and configure SQL databases between data centers
Participate in Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and execution
Facilitate project turnover and ensure smooth transition from implementation to client success

7+ years Cloud based computing
Experience with NextGen Healthcare Practice Management; Electronic Health Record, or other PM systems and workflows
General healthcare experience in Acute or Ambulatory settings
Amazon Web Services (AWS) or cloud-based services experience
Project Management experience (Mavenlink preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
AWS or Cloud-based certification
