About this role
Role Overview
Support the management and maintenance of the customer database in the CRM;
Perform data updates, segmentation, and cleansing;
Support the creation, execution, and monitoring of relationship campaigns;
Monitor results and performance indicators of campaigns;
Prepare operational reports and customer data analyses;
Support initiatives for communication automation and the customer journey;
Ensure quality, organization, and governance of information in the CRM;
Work in partnership with business areas;
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields
Technical training in related areas; knowledge of databases and other relevant technologies
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, RD Station or similar)
Knowledge of data analysis and information modeling
Intermediate to advanced SQL
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik or similar)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
