About this role
Role Overview
- Support the management and maintenance of the customer database in the CRM;
- Perform data updates, segmentation, and cleansing;
- Support the creation, execution, and monitoring of relationship campaigns;
- Monitor results and performance indicators of campaigns;
- Prepare operational reports and customer data analyses;
- Support initiatives for communication automation and the customer journey;
- Ensure quality, organization, and governance of information in the CRM;
- Work in partnership with business areas;
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields
- Technical training in related areas; knowledge of databases and other relevant technologies
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, RD Station or similar)
- Knowledge of data analysis and information modeling
- Intermediate to advanced SQL
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik or similar)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
