Role Overview
- Handling customer inquiries in German via phone, email and chat
- Troubleshooting account or technical issues and escalating when necessary
- Ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- German: C2 level or native speaker
- English: B2 level or higher
- EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
- Flexibility for on-site or remote work with rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday, depending on the project)
- Willingness to relocate to Greece at least one week before the start date (for on-site positions)
