Role Overview
- Provide high-quality customer service in French and English via phone calls, live chat, and email.
- Handle inquiries, record interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with an international team and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Native French speaker or fluent in French, with a minimum B2 level in English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work remotely from Athens, or willingness to relocate and work on site if coming from abroad.
- EU passport or valid work permit for Greece.
