About this role
Role Overview
Provide high-quality customer service in French and English via phone calls, live chat, and email.
Handle inquiries, record interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with an international team and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
Native French speaker or fluent in French, with a minimum B2 level in English.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer-service orientation with a positive, professional attitude.
Ability to work remotely from Athens, or willingness to relocate and work on site if coming from abroad.
EU passport or valid work permit for Greece.
