Act as a consultative partner, collaborating with Sales Engineers, Product, and Support teams to design and deliver compelling technical solutions.
Manage and expand relationships with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using solution-based selling frameworks.
Represent the BCM One brand with credibility, integrity, and an obsessive focus on customer success.

5+ years of experience with value-selling, specifically B2B.
Experience with channel and an understanding of voice, data, UCaaS / CCaaS, networking, and cloud-based solutions is required
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in a complex sales environment.
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; you know how to simplify the complex.
A solutions-first mindset; you thrive when architecting answers, not just pushing products.
Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market clients across multiple industries.
