About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the execution of the LUCHA Initiative
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with existing and new stakeholders
- Design and implement a comprehensive timeline for CCCS
- Represent the CCCS externally through public engagement, events, media and other opportunities
- Work with sub-grantees to define work scopes and identify key changes
- Manage grantmaking timelines, workflows, and internal coordination
- Attend programmatic events & activities and site visits
- Manage ongoing relationships with portfolio of grantees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in grants or program administration
- A track record of successful end-to-end project management
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and oral communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
