About this role
Role Overview
Manage the entire client intake process during nightshift hours, ensuring efficient and seamless communication
Serve as the primary contact for new client inquiries received overnight, providing prompt and professional responses
Collect, review, and accurately organize client documentation
Coordinate service initiation including scheduling and internal communication during night hours
Support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordinating candidates, and scheduling interviews during nightshift
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires remotely
Maintain and update client and candidate information in systems such as Monday.com
Track and manage workflows related to intake and recruitment to ensure timely follow-ups and process completion
Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing and client needs across time zones
Requirements
Experience in intake coordination, recruitment, or customer service, preferably within the healthcare or ABA field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote and overnight work
Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a nightshift environment
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently
Familiarity with Monday.com or similar CRM/project management software is preferred
Experience using Microsoft Outlook
Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence
Adaptability to nightshift schedule and working independently across time zones
Strong problem-solving and administrative capabilities
