Curate and create original content for learning platforms by identifying needs, researching references, developing instructional materials, and continuously updating the virtual environment to ensure content aligns with institutional competencies and promotes continuous learning.
Organize UniUBEC’s continuous learning pathways by structuring learning journeys, defining content, curating facilitators, promoting offerings, and publishing in the LMS/VLE to support structured competency development and increase employee engagement.
Provide pedagogical support for the development of institutional training projects by applying educational methodologies, instructional design, and advising requesting areas to ensure pedagogical quality and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Lead the Jornada Jovem Program by systematically monitoring participants, implementing learning tracks, facilitating meetings, and liaising with managers to promote the technical and behavioral development of Young Apprentices in line with institutional objectives.
Design and conduct the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) following performance evaluations by collecting and analyzing data, applying diagnostic instruments, and cross-referencing organizational indicators to identify competency gaps and inform development priorities.
Monitor the execution of UniUBEC’s Annual Training Plan by tracking timelines, controlling planned activities, and coordinating with involved areas to ensure initiatives are delivered according to plan.
Track Individual Development Plans (IDPs) by monitoring deadlines, recording evidence, and following employee participation to ensure development actions are executed and individual competencies evolve.
Support the construction and implementation of the Annual Performance Evaluation Cycle by organizing phases, supporting communications, configuring and operating the performance management tool to ensure the effectiveness of the evaluation process and provide inputs for organizational development.
Act as the focal point for unit HR teams for monitoring training on the LMS/VLE by tracking training indicators, interacting with local focal points, and assisting with local requests to promote employee engagement and the effectiveness of learning activities.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in a related area is desirable or in progress.
Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of adult learning methodologies (andragogy); instructional design (basic to intermediate); learning management systems (LMS/VLE); Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint); development and monitoring of learning pathways; basic understanding of L&D indicators (engagement, participation/adoption, completion).
