Lead higher-complexity negotiations, acting as the technical reference throughout the commercial process.
Provide service via digital channels, primarily WhatsApp, phone and CRM.
Diagnose the client’s profile and objectives, considering timeframe, financial capacity, purchase intent and bid potential.
Explain how the consórcio works clearly, confidently and strategically, building trust throughout the buying journey.
Develop commercial strategies considering methods of award, free bids, fixed bids, embedded bids and financial planning.
Prepare simulations, present commercial proposals and manage negotiations through to closing the sale.
Work on reversing complex objections related to award, fees, adjustments, financing and other product characteristics.
Maintain a disciplined follow-up routine to maximize conversion opportunities.
Log all interactions and relevant information in the CRM, ensuring organization and predictability of the sales funnel.
Share best practices with the team, supporting colleagues in strategic negotiations and contributing to the continuous improvement of the commercial operation.
Contribute to refining the commercial playbook by suggesting improvements to processes, approaches and sales strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience selling consórcios.
Experience in Inside Sales operations or digital consultative sales.
Deep understanding of how consórcios operate, including groups, quotas, assemblies, award/selection, credit letters, bids, administration fees, adjustments and main commercial strategies.
Experience conducting consultative negotiations and handling complex objections.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems and sales funnel management.
Consistent track record of meeting targets and commercial KPIs.
Analytical, organized and conversion/result-oriented profile.
Differential: Experience with real estate and/or automotive consórcios.
Experience in high-performance commercial operations.
Familiarity with tools such as Pipedrive, Zendesk, WhatsApp Business, dialers and commercial automation platforms.
Knowledge of strategies involving FGTS, awarded credit letters, embedded bids and award acceleration.
Experience supporting the technical development of commercial teams or acting as a reference for other sellers.
