Plan, create and manage budgets and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
Develop and optimize Retail Media campaigns (Amazon Ads, Mercado Ads, etc.)
Optimize bids, audiences and budget allocation daily to maximize financial efficiency
Boost social content (boost posts on Meta/TikTok) to expand reach, engagement and audience growth, in alignment with the social/content team
Consolidate weekly/monthly reports and present strategic analyses for the business, including social growth metrics (reach, engagement, followers) alongside performance KPIs
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads
Knowledge and experience in Retail Media (Amazon Advertising, Mercado Livre Advertising, etc.)
Knowledge of GA4 and the reading/use of tagging via Google Tag Manager
Experience in paid media with a focus on e-commerce, D2C or retail
