Perform client onboarding on the BTG Pactual platform, ensuring a swift and efficient experience.
Provide client support, answering questions and assisting with investment-related operational requests.
Execute operational processes such as account openings, investment portability, private pension transfers, and issuance of boletos (payment slips).
Monitor request workflows to ensure deadlines are met and transactions are executed correctly.
Produce management and operational reports to support leadership and other departments.
Perform internal controls using spreadsheets and systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes, contributing to operational efficiency gains.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure excellence in service and internal processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial market regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
Active ANCORD certification (required).
Interest in building a career in the financial market.
Previous experience in operations, client service, or Middle Office at financial institutions, brokerages, or investment advisory firms is a plus.
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and data organization).
Comfortable with systems and technology, with an interest in process automation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
