Build and nurture strong relationships with distributor sales teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Secure new accounts across retail and on-premise channels, with a special focus on restaurants, bars, event venues, and hotels.
Plan and execute high-impact demos to create excitement and brand awareness for our new product.
Stay on top of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adapt strategies and keep Cornbread Hemp ahead of the curve.

3+ years in sales, account management, or market management, preferably within the beverage, hospitality, or CPG industries
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with your sales area’s beverage market, especially in the hospitality and on-premise sectors
Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends for events and demos
A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required.
Occasional heavy lifting will also be necessary to ensure product delivery and setup.
