Role Overview

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with business leaders to identify and secure top talent
• Source, screen, interview and refer candidates to hiring manager
• Develop effective working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters
• Maintain effective working relationships with HR and business partners to ensure appropriate service levels are met
• Ensure compliance within all legal aspects of recruiting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in related field or equivalent work experience
• Four (4) years or more experience in a related area required
