You are responsible for supporting multiple sites and departments as part of a People Partner pool and serve as the primary point of contact for managers on operational HR matters
You handle complex employee cases (e.g., conflicts, absences, disciplinary issues) and act as an escalation point
You proactively support managers with employment law questions, performance processes and measures to improve performance
You manage and support co-determination processes and conduct negotiations with the works council
You ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements and escalate potential risks to the appropriate stakeholders
You work closely with internal and, when necessary, external stakeholders (e.g., authorities, experts) on operational issues
You drive consistent implementation of HR processes across different organizational units
You use people analytics and identify relevant trends to determine action needs and derive concrete measures
Requirements
Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent)
Several years of experience as an HR Manager or People Partner
Solid knowledge of German labor law and experience working with works councils
Extensive experience handling employee relations issues and complex individual cases
Strong assertiveness and confident conflict-resolution skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into concrete HR measures
Pragmatism and a hands-on mentality in a dynamic, operational environment
Fluent German and English skills (business fluent)
