Scrum Master – Senior

Role Overview

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review and Retrospective)
• Remove impediments and blockers for the team
• Orchestrate the workflow (Kanban/Scrum)
• Ensure adherence to agile practices and continuous improvement
• Support the Product Owner and Analysts in backlog organization
• Monitor agile metrics (velocity, lead time, throughput)
• Promote integration among teams (mobile, backend, QA, and business)
• Support risk and conflict management
• Ensure alignment between strategy and team execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with agile methodologies
• Experience as a Scrum Master in complex projects (integrations, mission-critical systems)
• Strong experience with Scrum and Kanban
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (analysts, developers, QA)
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Knowledge of agile metrics and continuous improvement
• Experience in environments with multiple external dependencies
