Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum best practices, and continuous improvement
Track sprint progress, team velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes
Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and project timelines
Manage project reporting, sprint metrics, and stakeholder communications
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support release planning activities
Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
Experience leading multiple Agile teams simultaneously
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across business and technology teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
