Job Title: Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
Location: Richmond, VA
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Reviews, and Release Planning.
- Act as Scrum Master for 2 3 Agile teams and ensure Agile best practices are followed.
- Partner with Product Owners, Developers, and technical teams to maintain healthy backlogs and prioritize work effectively.
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure successful sprint execution.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
- Support backlog refinement, user story quality, and defect resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement and team performance optimization.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT experience
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
- Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
- Experience working with SharePoint technical teams
- Experience working with ServiceNow technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
