Serve as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing key operational, healthcare, wellness, and public health-related programs across XWELL's portfolio.
Provide leadership, support, and oversight for additional company initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Partner closely with Operations, Clinical Services, Compliance, Technology, People, and Executive Leadership teams.
Responsible for program governance, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement activities.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with government agencies, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders.
Oversee all required CDC reporting activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent execution of program processes and protocols.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in public health, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Epidemiology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field required.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, operations, public health, clinical services, program management, or related industries.
Experience working with federal agencies, public health organizations, or regulatory bodies strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing complex programs from planning through execution and performance management.
Strong analytical skills with experience developing and interpreting operational and regulatory reports.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, reporting platforms, and data management systems.
