Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, at a professional level
Experience in a customer service or support role
Clear, empathetic communication style and strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with digital tools and AI-assisted platforms, and able to adapt quickly to new systems
Practical experience with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
