preparing and processing all mortgage-related transactions and documents
Review documents submitted by the Mortgage Specialist to ensure the file is in good order and all conditions have been met
Set up and administer new mortgage business and process the related financial transactions
Address routine queries from internal partners
Apply strong decision making and problem-solving skills to resolve situations
Maintain strong accountability with respect to workload and responsiveness
Contribute to and support the team in meeting urgent deadlines and unexpected increased volumes
Create and maintain strong team collaborative working relationships with internal departments by providing excellent customer service
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and share ideas for improvements

Fully bilingual (French/English)
General knowledge of residential mortgage business and mortgage underwriting practices an asset
Sound knowledge of MS Office programs, such as Word, Excel, Outlook
Previous Banking experience is an asset
