Experience as a BDR/SDR with a focus on B2B outbound.
Hands-on experience with high call volumes, cadences and multichannel prospecting.
Ability to lead consultative conversations, build rapport and handle objections.
Experience with meeting and pipeline generation targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
Organized and autonomous, able to manage own schedule, prioritize tasks and follow sales processes.
Resilient, disciplined and performance-oriented profile.
Courses and/or certifications in Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM or Inside Sales.
Experience with CRM tools and strong discipline in logging activity and follow-up.
Prior experience in high-velocity, target-driven environments.
Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
