- Manage the Enablement, Activation, and Growth phases for MSP partners
- Run the training meetings during Enablement
- Drive the partner through Activation
- Help drive their growth
- Run multiple MSPs in parallel
Requirements
- 1–3 years in customer success, implementation, solutions engineering, or onboarding
- ideally with SMB or mid-market customers
- Hands-on configuration experience
- Strong discovery and facilitation skills
- Operator mindset
- Comfort with multi-model AI
