Support payroll routines and benefits administration, ensuring proper organization and accurate verification of information.
Assist with collecting, verifying and inputting data, ensuring accuracy for monthly payroll processing.
Support benefits administration (health, dental, meal/food allowance (VR/VA), transport voucher (VT)), handling new employee enrollments, record updates and providing assistance to resolve queries.
Collaborate on maintaining salary tables and assist in preparing analyses and proposals for adjustments and personnel movements.
Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing questions about payslips, vacation, benefits, working hours and other HR processes.
Assist in managing the electronic timekeeping system, monitoring inconsistencies and ensuring correct accounting of overtime, absences and time bank balances.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management or related fields (in progress or completed).
Introductory courses in Payroll, Labor Legislation and Benefits.
Initial certifications, such as eSocial (desirable).
Basic knowledge of data entry procedures and payroll processing.
Understanding of enrollment, maintenance and update processes for benefits.
Basic ability to review and interpret simple data, such as discrepancies in payroll and time records.
Ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in processed data.
Participation in payroll closing processes and benefits updates.
Experience supporting internal audits, particularly related to payroll and legal compliance.
Experience with administrative and operational routines within HR.
