Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering comprehensive support to the client, with no initially assigned clients, while serving as a key point of contact.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Collaborate internally to develop strategies for increased engagement.
Communicate with clients regularly through various channels, including meetings and reports.
Act as the client’s advocate, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved proactively.
Occasionally, present “pitch” deck presentations to potential clients.
Assist Client Development with prospective client presentations and communications.
Forecast intervention needs by utilizing data and reporting.
Complete administrative work by onboarding clients into customer relationship management system (CRM), building out client profiles and ensuring data in the CRM system is accurate and complete.
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team environment.
Perform other duties as assigned to support client satisfaction and business growth.

Strong communication, business acumen, platform, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate client requirements into actionable strategies and solutions.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau and Slack
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration or related field preferred.
Customer Service experience preferred.
Previous experience in the benefits and insurance industries preferred.
