About this role
Role Overview
Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries.
Greeting clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Providing basic administrative assistance for various computer systems used in the calibration laboratory.
Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
Responding to customer service calls, emails, and web requests promptly and courteously.
Quoting and scheduling field service/onsite jobs to include the monthly schedule.
Following up with customers on past due invoices.
Performing shipping and receiving duties, as needed.
Processing calibration documents for technicians.
Generating calibration quotes.
Other duties and responsibility, as necessary.
Requirements
2 – 5 yrs relevant experience with a High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or electronic/mechanical product and/or services support highly desired
Exceptional customer service and phone skills
Some Account Receivables experience desired
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Must be personable and interact comfortably with clients and co-workers
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Efficient with Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Outlook
