Conduct the initial outreach persuasively, qualifying leads and booking meetings, ensuring a clear and complete handoff to the sales team.
Requirements
Experience interacting with leads and/or in customer service; strong communication skills.
Ability to conduct consultative conversations, build rapport, and overcome objections.
Experience with meeting-generation and pipeline targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
Organized approach to managing the funnel, prioritizing activities, and following sales processes.
Resilient, disciplined, and performance-oriented.
Courses and/or certifications in Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM, or Inside Sales.
Experience with CRM tools and strong discipline in record-keeping and follow-up.
Previous experience in high-paced environments with clear targets.
Quick learner with the ability to adopt new processes and tools.
