Partner with internal teams and brand stakeholders to turn strategic initiatives into actionable plans that drive execution and measurable results.
Manage day-to-day account health by monitoring key performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
Build trusted relationships with brand partners, lead regular communications, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Prepare and present business performance reporting with actionable insights, lead weekly business reviews, track open action items, and ensure timely follow-up to keep accounts on track.
Requirements
Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English, able to communicate and translate seamlessly with Mandarin-speaking brands.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Client Services, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience managing e-commerce clients, account management, customer success, or project management, preferably supporting brands importing from China.
Experience managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment and communicating effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
