Sales Manager

Role Overview

• You independently build new customer relationships with large German corporations.
• You persuade decision-makers.
• You identify corporates with genuine innovation needs and win decision-makers over for our offerings.
• You use a modern outreach stack (Clay, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for signal-based, precise targeting.
• You manage multiple active deals in HubSpot in parallel: structured, consistent, with no pipeline stagnation.
• You develop tailored proposals together with the consulting team and pitch them to decision-making panels.
• You represent ekipa at events, build a network across the German corporate landscape and leverage it.
• You help shape how ekipa opens up new markets.

Requirements

• You have independently sourced and closed B2B deals.
• You are result-oriented and quickly navigate complex client situations.
• You communicate with decision-makers on equal terms: persuasive, confident, and genuinely interested in their issues.
• Structured pipeline management is a craft to you, not bureaucracy.
• Excellent German, very good English.
• Nice-to-have: experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
• Familiarity with modern sales tools (Clay, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Background in B2B services, consulting, or professional services.
• Interest in corporate innovation and what truly drives large companies.
