About this role
Role Overview
- Process operational tasks each day, handling new contracts and employee records
- Enter and validate deal data across the systems
- Set up new employee records
- Review and process new hire forms
- Handle routine contract updates
- Keep ticket records current
- Communicate with Sales and Onboarding partners
- Follow documented processes and flag needed updates
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a data entry, operations support, administrative, or customer support role
- Reliability and self-organization
- Basic comfort with software systems
- A clear, professional communication style over chat and email
- Experience with any CRM (Salesforce is a plus), contract management tool, or ERP system is a bonus
- Familiarity with employment concepts across different countries is helpful but not required.
