Handling the proposal process — from initial discovery calls to preparing and presenting proposals to prospects
Nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintaining accurate records and sales pipeline management within the CRM system (preferably HubSpot)
Tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to improve conversion rates and engagement strategies
Collaborating with the marketing and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company goals

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within the IT domain
Strong understanding of sales and business development processes, from lead generation to deal closure
Experience preparing and managing proposals (RFPs, estimates, presentations)
Organizational and managerial skills to coordinate and drive the proposal development process across teams
Hands-on experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (excellent verbal and written communication)
Proactive, self-driven attitude with a focus on results and continuous improvement
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Will be a plus: Experience working in the fintech domain
Will be a plus: Experience with AI tools and process automation (e.g., integrating AI into sales workflows)
