Infoblox is a company focused on cloud-first networking and security solutions. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of capabilities and features of their DDI software, as well as conduct market research and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive requirements for Infoblox DDI, reporting and analytics, value added services. Infoblox DDI solutions support both private cloud (VMware, OpenStack, Nutanix, etc.), as well as public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) platforms
- Work closely with engineering and drive decisions on feature/cost trade-off, ROI, and impact on customer experience
- Manage the reporting & analytics aspects of DDI for on-prem and public marketplaces, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI
- Work closely with other product managers to ensure easy integration with the portfolio
- Collaborate with product and technical marketing functions in the development of data sheets, presentations, product positioning statements, sales training, competitive analysis, and FAQs
- Manage the planning and communication of new features and capabilities and necessary tools to support the adoption
- Develop business cases for new concepts, including opportunity size, financial impact, market share, cost of sales, and profitability expectations
- Lead customer early access programs
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of product management experience; Splunk or equivalent experience is required
- Solid knowledge of data analytics and reporting in the context of on-prem and public cloud infrastructure
- Ability to identify and articulate customer problems and translate those into product strategy and requirements
- Ability to lead internal cross-functional teams to successfully deliver features
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships with partners, customers, and sales teams, particularly in difficult or challenging situations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering required
- Experience with network services, such as DNS, DHCP, and SCP is a plus
