Inside Real Estate is a fast-growing, independently-owned real estate software firm that serves as a trusted technology partner to over 500,000 top brokerages, agents, and teams. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to simplify complex workflows and deliver intuitive product experiences that drive user engagement and business growth, focusing on AI-powered mobile and next-generation workflow experiences across their platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive product strategy for AI-powered mobile and next-generation workflow experiences across the BoldTrail platform, with a focus on accelerating time-to-value, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Lead customer discovery through qualitative and quantitative research to identify friction points, unmet needs, and opportunities to simplify complex workflows
- Define and manage the roadmap for your product areas, ensuring priorities align with customer needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility
- Own and drive key results (KRs) aligned to company-wide OKRs set by the executive team. This includes defining success metrics, tracking progress, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned and accountable
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and QA to deliver high-quality web and mobile experiences that drive meaningful engagement and business results
- Apply experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses, optimize experiences, and iterate quickly based on data and learning
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams (Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing) to ensure successful launches, user onboarding, and feature adoption. Serve as a connective force across teams, aligning stakeholders around clear problems, priorities, and success metrics
- Champion a customer-first, outcomes-oriented approach, ensuring user needs are consistently represented in product decisions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2B or SaaS environments, with a focus on driving product adoption, user engagement, and customer value through data-informed decisions
- Proven track record of leading products or major features from concept to launch—defining problems, setting success metrics, and delivering measurable results
- Strong experience designing and evolving multi-persona, workflow-driven products (e.g., CRM)
- Experience shipping and optimizing mobile and web product experiences, using analytics to inform decisions and improve usability
- Highly customer-obsessed and insights-driven, with experience turning user feedback and behavioral data into product improvements that enhance engagement and business impact
- Skilled in experimentation and optimization, including A/B testing and iterative delivery to validate assumptions and improve outcomes over time
- Experience working with mobile and web product analytics to drive optimization and user experience improvements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Domain knowledge in residential real estate is a plus, but not required—curiosity and a passion for learning our space is essential
- Experience working with data tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, SQL, or similar is preferred
