As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will own and optimize key acquisition channels, manage a significant paid media budget, and lead experiments to drive business growth through comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and optimize the customer journey
- Manage our SEM channel and budget, ensuring continuous improvement in efficiency and ROI
- Rigorously measure results and
- Strategically test and scale new paid media channels, such as video, paid social, and ABM, to identify profitable avenues for growth
- Oversee the collaboration with our paid media agency, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and continued improvement in outcomes
- Drive full-funnel marketing approaches, integrating remarketing and display campaigns to maximize impact
- Champion conversion rate optimization and data-driven decision-making to enhance performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on SEM and paid media
- Proven ability to manage and optimize a paid media budget of at least $1 million annually
- Excellent copywriting skills and creative instincts
- Strong background in B2B marketing, including understanding the B2B customer lifecycle and collaboration with sales teams
- Demonstrated success in running impactful campaigns on both paid search and paid social platforms
- Analytical mindset with a commitment to data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of web and product analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Passionate about pixel-perfect, on-brand design – and comfortable working with third-party design and video creatives to get there
- Interest and experience in SEO and GEO
