Infoblox is a leading provider of cloud-first networking and security solutions. The Staff Product Manager will own core SaaS platform product management responsibilities, defining and delivering enterprise-grade capabilities that empower Managed Service Providers to operate Infoblox solutions at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a multi-tenant SaaS platform that supports MSP/MSSP and enterprise deployments; align with onboarding, scale, reliability, and profitability goals
- Lead customer and partner discovery (MSP/MSSP operators, security teams, and enterprise admins) and translate insights into clear requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own the tenancy hierarchy and account/organization model (partner, customer, and sub-tenant structures), including global policy management and delegated administration patterns
- Design identity, authentication, and authorization patterns (SSO via SAML/OIDC, RBAC/ABAC, least-privilege entitlements, and delegated admin) for partner-managed environments
- Specify secure tenant lifecycle workflows (self-service signup, provisioning, configuration, upgrades, suspension, and deprovisioning) with automation, auditability, and self-service controls
- Drive an API-first and integration-first platform (APIs, webhooks, and SDKs) enabling partner portals, automation (Terraform/Ansible/CI pipelines where applicable), and CRM/ITSM integrations
- Define multi-tenant commercial and packaging requirements, including usage telemetry and metering, licensing/entitlements, and billing handoffs required for partner monetization
- Partner with Security, Privacy, and Architecture to implement compliance-ready controls (logging, audit trails, encryption, data residency considerations, and vulnerability response processes)
- Define cross-tenant observability and operations requirements (SLOs/SLAs, health and telemetry, incident/problem workflows, and support tooling) while preserving strict tenant data separation
- Establish and track product success metrics and continuous improvement plans (time-to-onboard, activation, provisioning success rate, trial-to-paid or expansion conversion where applicable, isolation defects, API adoption, usage growth, retention, and partner NPS); lead release readiness and GTM enablement
- Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions for the platform: define onboarding and activation journeys, in-product guidance, self-serve trials (where applicable), and frictionless upgrades; partner with Growth/Marketing/Sales to improve conversion, retention, and expansion through measurable experiments
- Champion product ease of use and partner/admin experience across the platform: set UX quality bars, reduce time-to-value, standardize information architecture, and ensure accessibility and consistency across console, APIs, and documentation
- Define and evolve scalable platform components and shared services (e.g., onboarding workflows, identity/entitlements, audit/logging, notifications, configuration/policy, feature flags, and tenant-safe data services) that can be reused by multiple product teams to accelerate delivery
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of product management experience building B2B SaaS, platform, or cloud services - ideally for MSP/MSSP or partner ecosystems
- Demonstrated experience designing and shipping enterprise multi-tenant capabilities (tenant models, delegated administration, entitlements/RBAC, isolation, and lifecycle automation)
- Strong platform product fundamentals: roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, agile execution, and cross-functional leadership from discovery through delivery and adoption
- Experience with API-first products and developer/partner ecosystems (APIs, integrations, SDKs, and automation tooling)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating crisp product artifacts and executive-ready updates
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, routing concepts) and security fundamentals (DNS security, authentication/authorization, encryption, logging/audit, threat concepts) applicable to Infoblox solutions
- Ability to partner deeply with engineering, security, and SRE/operations teams on architecture trade-offs, scaling patterns, and reliability
- Data-driven approach to product decisions: define KPIs/OKRs, instrument telemetry, analyze usage, and iterate based on outcomes
- Working knowledge of SaaS identity and access management (SSO/SAML/OIDC), authorization, and security best practices
