MCI is one of the fastest-growing tech-enabled business services companies in the USA, and they are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and enhance brand visibility for their B2B outsourcing services. The role involves executing targeted marketing campaigns, content development, and digital strategies to generate qualified leads and support sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, content, and events to attract and convert B2B leads
- Align marketing efforts with sales objectives and monitor lead conversion metrics
- Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to improve lead scoring and pipeline efficiency
- Develop case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and client success stories that highlight our BPO capabilities
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms, proposals, and client communications
- Support internal communications and employer branding to position the company as a top BPO employer
- Oversee paid and organic campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and relevant B2B platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and lead quality
- Coordinate company participation in trade shows, webinars, and industry conferences
- Build co-marketing initiatives with technology partners, consultants, and associations
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to inform marketing strategy
- Report on KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and lead generation outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within BPO, outsourcing, or tech services
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong grasp of B2B buyer journeys and data-driven marketing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
