Talent Harbor is a well-established organization focused on helping mid-sized businesses grow through strategic sales and marketing leadership. They are seeking a Business Development Representative who excels in prospecting and booking meetings with executive decision-makers, thriving in a commission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Owning full outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Researching and validating decision-makers before outreach
- Generating and nurturing leads until meetings are booked with senior leadership
- Managing detailed follow-ups and documentation in HubSpot
- Qualifying opportunities and ensuring clean handoffs
- Following up post-meeting to capture insights and updates
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales or lead generation experience
- Proven experience selling to CEOs and C-Suite executives
- Experience selling high-ticket solutions
- Highly polished and professional communication skills
- Strong initiative and accountability
- Comfortable working in a less structured, evolving environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo or any other prospecting tools
- Team-oriented, humble mindset (culture > ego)
- This is not a role for someone rigid or overly process-dependent. We're looking for someone adaptable, impact-driven, and strategic in how they approach executive-level conversations
