BizzyCar is a B2B SaaS company transforming the automotive care experience. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for pipeline generation, strategic outreach, and building relationships with decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research high-value target accounts
- Develop strategic outreach plans tailored to dealership groups and decision-makers
- Engage prospective customers through calls, email, social, and multi-channel outreach
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and uncover business pain points
- Qualify opportunities and create well-defined pipeline for Account Executives
- Present BizzyCar’s value proposition and position meetings for high conversion
- Utilize CRM and automation tools to manage pipeline activity and optimize outreach
- Track performance metrics and refine approach based on results
- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs
- Participate in demos and customer meetings when appropriate
- Provide feedback to leadership on messaging, objections, and market trends
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing revenue role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think strategically about account targeting and outreach
- Organized and disciplined in managing pipeline and follow-ups
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales automation tools
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required
